Terms of Service

Crest & Well · Effective date: October 30, 2026

1. Who you are buying from

Crest & Well is the trading name of Crestwell Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States. Website: crestwellcollection.shop. Correspondence: 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166, United States. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Main customer support: sac@crestwellcollection.shop. Business telephone: +1 (305) 697-5461.

These terms govern storefront use and orders. The shipping, returns and privacy policies form part of the relevant purchase information. Mandatory rights and the specific offer presented when you order take priority over conflicting general wording. We do not alter a completed purchase retrospectively.

2. Product information and orders

Review the style, finish, size or option, quantity, price, delivery information and full total before payment. Display settings can affect perceived color. Material, coating, dimension, care and warranty statements apply only as stated for the particular item. These terms do not create a site-wide solid-gold, water-resistance, allergy-prevention or lifetime-warranty claim.

Provide accurate information and place orders only if you can transact lawfully. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; acceptance is confirmed at dispatch unless applicable law or the order confirmation establishes acceptance earlier. If an item cannot be supplied, we notify you and promptly refund the unavailable part. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without express agreement.

3. Prices, offers and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless checkout expressly identifies another currency. Shipping and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Your bank may apply its disclosed conversion charges. Only methods actually offered at checkout are available.

Offers apply as described before purchase. A material listing error will be explained to affected customers, respecting the law governing accepted contracts. If a lawful correction cannot be agreed or the order cannot proceed, the affected payment is refunded. We do not keep payment for goods we cancel and do not supply.

4. Authorized transactions and proportionate checks

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. We may seek proportionate information needed to confirm an order or investigate a payment inconsistency through a secure route, using the minimum necessary information. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time codes. A risk signal alone is not proof of fraud.

We may pause an unfulfilled order for a necessary review or cancel where there is a substantiated reason, notifying you and issuing any refund due. A review does not allow an undisclosed or indefinite dispatch extension.

5. Preparation, delivery and returns

Standard preparation is 4–5 business days after order and payment confirmation, followed by an estimated 20–25 calendar days in transit after carrier handover. Exceptions must be shown before purchase. Fulfillment may be international; U.S. legal addresses are not a statement of U.S. stock or manufacture. We remain responsible as seller. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Our commercial return-notification window is 14 calendar days after delivery. Statutory cancellation and defect remedies are separate and may last longer. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility, costs, cancellation and refund timing.

6. Complaints, records and payment disputes

Contact sac@crestwellcollection.shop with the order number and your concern. Genuine, relevant order, payment, dispatch, delivery, return and communication records may be used to investigate or respond through a provider's process, as described in the Privacy Policy. A label or transit event does not prove delivery; delivery alone does not prove payment authorization.

These terms do not prohibit a legitimate chargeback, require contacting us first to exercise a bank or legal right, compel withdrawal of a valid dispute, or impose a chargeback penalty. Intentionally falsified information may be investigated using proportionate lawful measures based on the facts. Making a complaint or exercising a right is not itself evidence of fraud.

Refunds and bank credits are reconciled to avoid duplicate reimbursement. Delivery after cancellation or refund is assessed under the facts and applicable rights: where appropriate, a prepaid return or collection is arranged, or a new purchase is offered only with express agreement. We do not automatically recharge a refunded order.

7. Privacy, accounts and communications

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Protect account credentials and notify us of suspected misuse. Order notifications are separate from marketing. Browsing or purchasing does not waive marketing choices or privacy rights.

8. Website use and content

Do not use the store for unauthorized transactions, malicious code, unlawful collection of others' data, impersonation or intellectual-property infringement. Content belongs to us or its respective rights holders. Viewing does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license. A third-party reference does not itself imply affiliation or endorsement.

Submitted reviews must be truthful, relevant and yours to share. They are used for the disclosed purpose. These terms do not authorize fabrication of reviews or conversion of private support messages into endorsements without appropriate permission.

9. Responsibility and mandatory protections

We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any obligation or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction. Suppliers, carriers and payment processors do not remove the seller's obligations to you.

10. Applicable law and changes

Applicable U.S. federal law and Wyoming law govern, except where mandatory consumer protections or other applicable rules of your residence require otherwise. You do not waive access to a competent court or regulator provided by mandatory law. If a provision is invalid, the rest applies insofar as lawful.

Updates apply prospectively from their stated effective date, with additional notice where required. Required privacy consent is obtained through the applicable choice mechanism rather than inferred solely from browsing. Questions: sac@crestwellcollection.shop.
